Het openingsverhaal draaide om zijn chaotische avonturen als brandweerman in Duckstad, geschreven en getekend door de legendarische Carl Barks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel Donald in eerdere Nederlandse krantenstrips nog weleens &#8216;Woerd Snater&#8217; werd genoemd, koos de redactie voor het tijdschrift definitief voor zijn originele Amerikaanse naam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De proefactie via Margriet sloeg direct aan. Het blad groeide uit van een bescheiden jeugdmagazine tot een cultureel fenomeen dat inmiddels door generaties Nederlanders wekelijks wordt gelezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>[bron en plaatje: Wikipedia &amp; Gemini]<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t57\/1\/16\/1f609.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude09\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1;width:16px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over dit en ander nieuws van deze zondag hoor je meer tussen negen en tien.
